How EAM website access works

Four access levels keep visitors, members, the Executive Committee, and the treasurer pointed at exactly the right information.

Level 01 · Open to all

Public Information

Anyone can browse the site without an account. About EAM, Activities, Pricing, Conferences, Awards, and contact details are open to the public.

Level 02 · Logged-in members

Members-Only Area

Active EAM members can sign in to reach protected resources, member-only downloads, and the community area.

  • Mobility & student grant applications
  • Workshops, webinars, member directory
Level 03 · Executive Committee

Executive Committee

EC users may receive elevated access for committee work and lightweight site administration alongside their normal member access.

  • Committee minutes & working documents
  • Editorial & site administration tasks
  • Granted role-by-role, not site-wide
Level 04 · Restricted

Treasurer-Only Payments

Payment records, invoices, and treasury data are visible only to the treasurer or to administrators they explicitly authorise.

  • Membership invoices & receipts
  • Stripe / payment processor records
  • Treasury reports for the General Assembly
